Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item, without giving any reason. As soon as we have received and processed the items you have returned, the sale price for the item’s value will be paid to the account, but this assumes that the seal on the product is not broken and that the product and packaging are in unchanged condition, ie unused and not damaged or damaged. In order for the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item (s) must be unused and returned in the same packaging as upon receipt. Pursuant to section 15 of the Right of cancel Act, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

The goods must be sent by normal mail shipping.

Defective situation / complaint

If a defect or defect is discovered, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered or should have discovered the defect, notify the seller in writing that he or she will invoke the defect. We believe that complaints should be made within a reasonable time within two months. In the event of a defect in the item, you can advertise and receive a new edition of the same item.

Use the following return form. The return cost is returned to you when the complaint is approved by us. If you do not wish to receive a new item, the amount you paid for the item when ordering will be refunded.
